*(FÜR OS X 10.11 UND MACOS SIERRA 10.12):
In *Audio MIDI Setup*:
Erstelle ein Aggregat-Gerät und benenne es um in "QuickTime Player-Eingang"
Erstelle ein Multi-Ausgangs-Gerät und benenne es um in "Bildschirmaufnahme mit Audio"
Stelle sicher, dass dein Tonausgang auf *Bildschirmaufnahme mit Audio* eingestellt ist, bevor du die Aufnahme startest, und dass der Eingang von QuickTime Player auf *QuickTime Player-Eingang* steht.
