Problemen met de Mail-app in Windows 10? Geen zorgen, ik laat je zien hoe je de Mail-app reset, fouten oplost en typische problemen zoals geen synchronisatie, dat de app niet opent of moeilijkheden bij het toevoegen van nieuwe e-mailaccounts kunt verhelpen.

Veel gebruikers hebben dezelfde problemen – maar met deze stappen kun je alles weer op orde krijgen.

Soms heeft de Windows 10 Mail-app verkeerde instellingen, die je eenvoudig kunt oplossen door de app terug te zetten. Zo gaat dat:

1. Instellingen van de Mail-app resetten

* Klik op de Start-knop

* Ga naar Instellingen

* Kies Apps

* Klik op Apps en functies

* Selecteer de app Mail en Kalender uit de lijst

* Klik op Geavanceerde opties

* Druk op Resetten

2. Mail-app op Windows 10 verwijderen

* Klik met de rechtermuisknop op de Start-knop en kies Windows PowerShell, klik dan met de rechtermuisknop op Als administrator uitvoeren

* Kopieer en plak het volgende commando:
Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps | Remove-AppxPackage

3. Mail-app op Windows 10 opnieuw installeren

* Open de Microsoft Store, zoek naar Mail en Kalender en klik op Installeren

4. Mislukte Mail-app-pakketten installeren

* Typ CMD in het zoekvak, klik met de rechtermuisknop op Opdrachtprompt en kies Als administrator uitvoeren

* Kopieer en plak het volgende commando:
dism \/online \/Add-Capability \/CapabilityName:OneCoreUAP.OneSync~~~~0.0.1.0

* Herstart je computer – de Mail-app zou daarna weer perfect moeten werken!
