Met Windows 10 kun je de taalinstellingen aanpassen per account via de Instellingen-app, maar hoe verander je de taal voor alle accounts, de aanmeldscherm en overal anders op je PC?

In deze Windows 10-gids laat ik je stap voor stap zien hoe je de standaardtaal op je hele computer kunt wijzigen.
