HD Tutorial (hdtutorial.com) is a free website that indexes video tutorials published on YouTube and presents them by topic and language. Using the site implies acceptance of these terms.

2. Videos and third-party content

Videos are played through YouTube’s embedded player and are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. They remain the property of their creators. HD Tutorial does not guarantee their accuracy, availability or suitability for any purpose. Follow tutorials at your own risk, in particular those involving tools, electricity, chemicals, vehicles or health, and always respect applicable safety rules.

3. Translations

Titles and descriptions are offered in 13 languages to make tutorials easier to find. The video itself, in its original language, remains the reference.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to disrupt the service, attempt to access it by automated means at a rate that degrades it, or reproduce substantial parts of the index without permission.

5. Intellectual property

The design, structure, translations and code of HD Tutorial are protected. Video content, thumbnails, descriptions, channel names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC; HD Tutorial is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.

6. Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, HD Tutorial cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the site, of embedded videos or of external links.
