How to Adjust Coilovers (Complete Guide)

In this video, I adjust the BC BR coilovers that are installed on my Accord. I replaced my stock shock absorbers that had H&R lowering springs mounted on them, with these new coilovers that are fully adjustable. I show you how to change the dampening on the strut (the compression and rebound), I show you how to change the ride height, and also how to adjust the preload.
