Description from the creator

Have you ever had an argument with a teacher? I bet it was ridiculous! Today you'll learn how to argue with your teacher the right way!

0:51 - Tip 1: Arguments ARE NOT Fights
1:36 - Tip 2: Know the Facts
1:52 - Tip 3: U MAD?
2:37 - Tip 4: Pick Your Battles
3:18 - Tip 5: You Can't Argue with STUPID

You've probably seen what happens when a student argues with a teacher or when a teacher argues with a student: CHAOS! That's because most people think an "argument" is the same as a "fight". WRONG! What you've likely seen (or done yourself) is FIGHT. But what is an argument? An argument is discussion between two or people presenting/defending their cases. It's supposed to be civil. It's supposed to be informative. The purpose of argument is to explain and defend your point of view by making claims, citing evidence, and providing your reasoning.

I've argued with my boss, argued with my teacher, and argued with my wife. Admittedly, sometimes those arguments have devolved into fights. Regardless, learning how to argue (whether it's how to argue with your partner or with your teacher!) is a valuable skill that will aid you for the rest of your life. I hope these 5 argument tips help you! And don't forget, you can't argue with stupid.
