Hopefully if your watching this video you are looking for some help fitting lowering springs or coilovers on your Golf Gti.

We know some of the videos on YouTube of fitting springs to this vehicle are done on ramps and in a garage.

We know not everyone has access to this equipment which is why we wanted to show you that it is possible with just a jack and some axle stands.

So here we are fitting H&R lowering springs to a Golf MK7 GTI Clubsport Edition 40 in the rain on a freezing cold day.
