How to Drive a Tesla Model X - POV First Drive, Unplanned, Unscripted..

So here it is...The Tesla Model X P100D Ludicrous! The car that has taken the Electric car market by storm.
First off, I've got to apologise for how boring this video is, sorry about that, but there is only a limited amount of production value I can bring by just strapping a go-pro to my head and sitting in traffic. However, if you are interested in my genuine first thoughts of this car, unplanned, unscripted and unresearched to see what it is actually like in the real world then watch on!!

Secondly, This car is Mega! It is a space ship for the road, in many ways it really does feel like the future of motoring with a huge touch screen, autopilot and the look of it all. It has an unbelievable turn of pace in Ludicrous mode and is a very comfortable place to be, even the materials and fit and finish have been greatly improved since the early Model S cars came out 5 years or so ago.

The only downside I can see with this car is the charing infostructure, currently in the UK at least, in my opinion, it doesn't make sense...yes, if you have a garage or driveway at home you can charge it overnight but don't expect to get any more than 50 miles of range plugging it into a standard 3 pin plug, you can buy an electric car charging port for your house for about £500 which will charge it slightly faster but still wouldn't give you a full charge overnight.
Really the only way this car makes sense if you live very near to a Tesla supercharger which will not only charge the car very quickly but also for free. If that is the case, this is a truly brilliant glimpse into the future of motoring!
