How to Knee Drag Knee Down Explained Part 2

I found this difficult to get the right angels for the camera to show my body position! So hopefully you can get what I'm trying to get across.

Please please if you new to riding don't try this until you are completely comfortable and confident (not cocky) before you attempt trying this!
Remember to wear all the gear!

Please remember this is how I do it! I'm sure there are different ways of doing it, and possibly better ways too! I f you know of one please share it with me.... I'm always willing to learn a better way! Better still make a video response! =)
