How to open the Gear box - Honda Activa

This video will show you how to open the Gear box of your Honda Activa. Once the Clutch cover and the Clutch assembly are removed all you will need is a size 10 T-spanner to open all the bolts that hold the gear box. This video will show you the step by process of removing all the bolts and then opening the Gear box. Once you remove all the bolts then use a plastic/ fiber hammer to push the gear box out of the case as shown in the video. Once the gear box is pushed a bit with help of the hammer then you can easily pull it out of the case. Once done please make sure to was it completely with petrol and then clean it with a clean cloth. If you wish to replace the oil seal and bearing you can also do that by hammering out the bearing from in the inside. Then push the new bearing, oil seal and a new Gasket as well. Make sure to scratch out the old gasket and then put the new gasket in. Once open it is always advisable to use a new gasket as it helps the oil from leaking. Enjoy and SUBSCRIBE for more videos
