How to put on and remove a one-piece R-3

The essential part is covered with a resistant material to abrasion and of course has removable protectors to shoulder, elbow, back, knee, we can mention the collar magnets, ingenious vents under the arms and back.
It is comfortable with a single row of clothes underneath (ie. Jeans and long-sleeved shirt) from 10°C/50°F to 28-30°C/ 82-86°F temperatures, then you can wear shorts and T-shirt.

I mention that we tested by us 16.000km/10.000 miles. We are extremely satisfied.
