Many products refill your system with R-134a refrigerant, and also seal leaks to keep the refrigerant in the system. Products like A/C Pro can be found on the shelves of auto parts stores and many major retailers.

This video outlines the steps needed, but to recharge your car air conditioner, simply attach the included hose to the car's low-side A/C port, set the gauge to the current outdoor temperature, and squeeze the trigger/ open valve, depending on your gauge set.
