Description from the creator

In this video, young mechanic Aiman will show you how to remove, replace or change the front headlight assembly on a Toyota Prius Gen II, both the left driver and right passenger side. Second generation Toyota Prius I4 1.5L Hybrid Synergy Drive include model years 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 & 2009.

Headlight removal and replacement for Prius Gen 2 is not as cumbersome or difficult as one might think. Even the entire front bumper doesn't have to be removed completely. Only a few bolts and screws needed to be removed so that it can be pried a little bit, although removal of bottom panel screws would make things a lot easier.

Removing the headlight is not only necessary for replacement, but also if you need to replace the halogen light bulbs inside the headlight assembly. We actually have a separate video should you want to replace the halogen light bulbs, and the link for that video is here: youtu.be/uOkc4MP7Iz8
