In this comprehensive guide, we'll show you how to replace a 2007-2013 Chevrolet Silverado passenger-side fender. We've condensed an hour and twenty minutes of work into a detailed 30-minute tutorial. This process applies to multiple GMC and Chevrolet vehicles, including the Tahoe, Sierra, Escalade, and Yukon trucks and SUVs.

What makes these fenders unique?

Unlike typical vehicle fenders that are simple panels, GMC/Chevrolet designed these with an integrated inner shelf that extends into the engine bay. On the passenger side, this shelf hosts the battery, coolant reservoir, and air intake system, making the replacement more complex but completely manageable with our guidance.

Tools Required:

7mm, 10mm, and 13mm sockets
Two socket wrenches (medium and small)
Flathead screwdriver
Socket wrench extension
Protective tape
Optional: Hood support (recommended for solo installation)
