How to Replace Fuel Filter

How to Replace Fuel Filter. For some reason my fuel filter was backwards. I am not the first owner of this vehicle. I think by having the fuel filter in backwards the engine was running in a fuel lean condition (i.e. not enough fuel was getting to the engine). This caused the spark plugs to formed a white tip as indicated in the video below.
