How To Replace Tail Light / Change Indicator Bulb in 2014 Audi A6/S6 C7 (2011-2018 Models)

Full tutorial for replacing the 12V P21W tail light bulb (referred to as 382 or 7506 sometimes) in a 2014 Audi A6 Avant.

The Audi tookit for this model is located underneath the spare wheel in the base of the boot/trunk of the car.

The tail light bulb is a fairly common type and can be found in most Car Auto Centres (Halfords, Kwik-Fit), hardware stores or even cheap Poundland equivalents.

Tools required:

Flat Head Screwdriver
Torx Screwdriver
Removal Wedge (Part no. 8T0012259) - basically a thin plastic card (ideally from the Audi Toolkit), I didn't try but you could try something similar from your wallet but it may be too thick
[I mentioned using a thin metal scraper if you had nothing else to hand but I wouldn't recommend this as it's really not worth damaging the paintwork imho]

Should work for 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 & 2018 C7 models.
