How To Spray Primer Sealer and It's Purpose

For this job, we’re using a DeVilbiss Tekna spray gun with a 1.4 mm tip. If you’re looking for a wide selection of DeVilbiss spray guns, check out amzn.to/47ZqmYX. We’re spraying primer sealer—an important step before applying the base coat. The Jeep has already been prepped and masked, so now it’s ready for sealer.

Primer sealer helps create a uniform surface, improves adhesion, and ensures the base coat lays down evenly for the best possible finish.

Once the primer sealer and base coat are applied, the final step is spraying the clear coat, which locks in color and adds durability and shine.
