Dont own rights to music, house of shem. Back yard hangi. Its becoming more and more rare to see old school ground hangi. Hangi is the old method of how our ancestors would cook their kai/food. It's not just Maori that use this method either it's used in places like Peru, Egypt and yes all over the Pacific island such as Samoa, Tonga, fijian, etc... I hope you enjoy the video, it's not a tutorial, although I will be putting one up at some point in the near future. O.k kick back and enjoy.
