Description from the creator

I will walk you through how to install a GFI outlet that feeds other outlets and discuss some common misconceptions and tips and tricks.

GROUNDING QUESTIONS -- I have gotten questions about the ground and replied to the first comment. I decided to paste the reply here to help clarify and save repeat questions.

"YES! It may be hard to see in the video but both grounds are joined with a red wire nut in the back of the box and a single pigtail added to make it easy to put the ground wire on the outlet. They make a green wire nut with a hole in the end so you can push one wire through the hole and screw the other wire in a few inches back making it easy to attach the ground without using the pigtail. If look at the tester you will see both amber lights are on when plugged into the load outlet. If it did not have continuity to ground it would only have one amber light on. Thanks for question, I should have made that clear since proper grounding was the main point of my video."
