How to Stop Telemarketing Calls - Bane and Batman versus Property Scam

Welcome friends! This is how to stop telemarketing calls using an empty tin can for a Bane voice and getting Batman to deliver the final blow to a telemarketer attempting a property scam.

Bruce Wayne has been away from crime scenes and this prank recording scams the scammer. Watch and listen as the telemarketer gets choked into believing I'm about to fall for his stupid script trap and finally realizes you can't trick good ol' bats.

How a property scam works:

1. Somehow your home or your area has been miraculously chosen for a deal of a lifetime.
a. Did you list your property for sale? Did you hire a licensed real estate agent for an offer?
IF YOU ANSWERED NO then this call is a scam
2. An accountant or someone who needs to do a pre-sale inspection would call you first
a. Major home repairs and if you properly disclosed the current condition of your house can inadvertently create public record for third parties to contact you
3. Process and Negotiation - Government and Licensed agencies DO NOT use a salesperson to solicit business from you. This booger that called me obviously lacks experience and is easy to distinguish upon first contact
4. Had I have been transferred to the associate (speaking from experience) I would have prequalified for a CASH offer.
a. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD these scumbags are banking on your knowledge of cash offers being quick, low-expense, and fewer loan financed obstacles
b. They are not trying to "flip" your home, they are trying to get you to arrange some type of money transfer from you to them. That is NEVER the case, money will always be arranged to go to you first
5. No one will buy your house without seeing it first...In a previous call, I was shocked at the tenacity of the associate encouraging me to sell without a showing. Eff Off buddy
6. Scammer can be many types of impostors. Is this person trying to relieve your debt? Did you win some kind of lottery or drawing? Do you have poor credit and are feeding you BS guarantees? Does the person pretend to be calling from a federal agency or acting like they're law enforcement? Recognize these red flags
