Description from the creator

Of the more than 100,000 students that applied to UCLA in fall 2018, fewer than 15 percent gain admission. For some, UCLA will be their first choice. Others will weight offers from other top-tier institutions. In the end only a third will become the Class of 2023. All will be exceptional and deserving, and a scholarship may be the key that grants access to UCLA or, in its absence, the bolt that bars entry to continued education.
