Clay Figure Sculpture | Air Dry Clay Tutorial

Making a clay figure sculpture is so therapeutic! You can use air dry clay like me, or kiln fire clay and glaze. It's a great way to explore the human form and expression.

This step by step clay art lesson will teach you how to make a clay figure. I think of this as a clay action figure because you can show so much emotion and expression with ceramic human figures. I love these air dry clay creations and this makes a great middle school art lesson or high school art lesson. If you are a stressed out teacher like me, use air dry clay for your distance learning clay lessons!
