Eyebright Eye Wash | With Tutorial

Have you tried eyebright eyewash before?

Eyebright Eye Wash

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of eyebright
- 1 cup of distilled or purified water

Equipment:
- Pot
- Cup/Jar
- Stanier or cheesecloth

Eyebright has been known as the most beneficial herb for eye problems, and it has been used for over 2000 years!

Instructions:
1. Add one teaspoon of eyebright herb, into a cup of boiling water, strain, and then allow it to cool down.

When the tea has cooled down, you can then apply the eyebright tea as an eyewash, this can be used daily.

p.s Eyebright tea does not sting your eyes, how amazing is that!
