How to Access PHPMyAdmin into other IP address or another computer

Open XAMPP application
Click on config
Select Apache (httpd-xampp.conf)
Scroll down and look for Alias /phpmyadmin “C:/xampp/phpmayadmin/” and below the AllowOverride AuthConfig you will see Require Local
Change the Require local to Require all granted
Save as the file and override the original file and you are done
Stop the Apache server and restart again and try if its working or accessible in another computer
