But understanding relationships is tricky business, and often when a man asks how to be a better husband it means he's being needy. He's trying to get some certain approval from his woman, and it's backfiring.

Often the best route to being a better husband and improve a marriage is to work on building confidence, healing from shame, learning how to act like a man, and building self esteem...

So that you can freely give and receive love without neediness.
