If you don't want to appear as "online" on Discord, here's how you do it.
To appear offline on Discord, all you need to do is this:
1. Click on your profile picture (avatar) next to your name (bottom left corner of your screen).
2. Select "invisible"
3. You will now appear offline in Discord. Other people won't be able to see that you are online but you can still do everything as usual.
