The webinar introduced:
- why we audit projects (the purpose, the insights to be gained and the audience),
- how we carry out an audit (planning, execution, reporting, stakeholder management), and
- when (to inform PM professionals that it can be at any stage during the project lifecycle).

Some brief case studies were used.

We ended the webinar by introducing a new user group we set up to discuss project auditing, share our experience, etc.
