∙ 43% of consumers care about an agent that’s easy to deal with.

∙ 40% care most about the agents responsiveness.

∙ 40% care most about policy recommendations that fit their needs or budget.

Money obviously matters in a clients insurance decisions, but it isn’t the only factor. The relationship you develop with them, as well as your communication and customer service skills have VERY important roles, too!
