When my daughter told me she wanted to know how to be a dolphin trainer I started doing dolphin research to help answer her question. As a Marketing Consultant with an MBA, an author of several U.S. patents and trademarks and an experienced researcher, it was quickly apparent there simply wasn't a comprehensive book available to help someone assess whether they are well suited to work with dolphins and if they are, what they need to do to actually become a dolphin trainer, since jobs are few and far between and competition is fierce.

I published this book so it would be available to anyone seriously interested in becoming a dolphin trainer and willing to do what it takes to make it happen. Given this economy and the challenging job market, I wanted to include very specific steps a person could take to increase the odds that they will be chosen when their ideal dolphin trainer job (IDJ) becomes available.

So if becoming a marine mammal trainer or a dolphin trainer sound too good to be true, if you want to know How to become a dolphin trainer and if you're really serious about actually doing what it takes to make it a reality.... then this book is for you.
