Description from the creator

We are creatures of habit. We often find ourselves repeating behaviors that lead to burnout and disconnect us from ourselves and others.
Why? Is there a key to conquering the cravings we know are unhealthy for us?
Can we hack our brain’s learning circuitry to break bad cycles and cultivate behaviors and mind states that support our health and happiness?

Join Judson Brewer, MD, PhD and Robin Boudette, PhD for a unique experiential workshop April 12–14, 2019 at 1440 Multiversity. CE credits available.
