If you have just made an order on DH-gate and changed your mind then this video will show you how to cancel your order in just a few clicks. If it has been a longer period of time since you made your order you may have to request a refund and then wait for the seller to agree which might be a slower process but you are still protected by DH-Gate as they withhold the money from the seller until you confirm you have received your items and you are happy so at any time before that Dh-Gate can decide to give you your money back. The seller may try to ch\nge your mind and offer you a partial refund ut if you stick with it and if necessary ask DH-Gate to step in you can still cancel your order and get your money back.
