How to change taskbar location on the screen Windows 10 tutorial
To move taskbar right click on taskbar empty space, and choose Properties. Unselect Lock the taskbar and in Taskbar location on screen you can choose where to move taskbar, (it could be bottom, left, right or top) and click apply.
Another way to move taskbar is to click and hold left mouse button on taskbar empty space, then you can drag the taskbar and drop in new location.
