In this short tutorial I will be showing you how to change your windows 7 start orb (start button). The programs/things you will need are: Restorator and take ownership.

Restrator: download.cnet.com/Restorator-2007/3000-2383_4-1…

Take ownership: howtogeek.com/downloads/TakeOwnership.zip

Steps
1. Take ownership of explorer.exe (windows folder)
2. Open explorer.exe in restorator.
3. Replace bitmaps 6801, 6805 and 6809
4.Save as explorer.exe
5. Start task manager and end explorer.exe
6. Press file new task and type "explorer.exe" hit run
