This video teaches you how to manually change your iTunes Album Artwork.

You can preselect multiple audio clips and assign the same picture to all of them. There won't be an "Artwork" tab when you click "Get Info" but in the bottom right hand corner of the "Info" tab is where you drag the artwork for multiple clips. You can assign almost any type of picture, but It's best if the pictures are square.
