How to Change Your Primary Email Address on Facebook

Today let's learn how to change the primary email address of a Facebook account. It is very simple and easy but make sure to follow my procedures.

First of all make sure that you are logged in to your Facebook account. Then go to "Settings". At the General account settings, you can see the primary email address. Click on "Edit" Contact.

What we are going to do is we are going to add another email. So click "+Add another email or mobile number" to add another email. Then Enter your new email here and click on "Add". The new email is added now but it's on pending.

You need to confirm the email before making it primary. What you have to do is you have to check your email for a confirmation code. If you haven't receive the confirmation code, you can click on
"Resend Email".

Open your email and copy your confirmation code. Now click on "Confirm" and add your confirmation code. The email has been confirmed now.

To change the primary email of your Facebook account, click on "Make Primary". Enter your Facebook account's password and then click on "Submit". Here we have successfully change the primary email.

If you want to revert your primary email, you can click on "Make Primary". You can still retain your old email but if you wish to remove your old email you can click here on "Remove" and then
click on "Close". That's it!
