The carcase traits project is a research partnership between the British Limousin Cattle Society, Scotland's Rural College (SRUC) and Anglo Beef Processors (ABP). The aim of the project is to establish genomic estimated breeding values for carcase traits using measurements from visual image analysis and DNA from selected cattle.
