How to Communicate with Authentic Power and Positivity!

Too often people let these behaviors get in the way of good communication: skills:
1. Prejudice
2. A foul mouth
3. Harassment of others
4. Negativity
5. Criticizing people publicly
6. Sarcasm

Then, of course, that person trusts you less. If you keep up that behavior the person won't believe in you. Words account for 7% of your communication skills impact. Voice tone is 38% of the impact. What does that leave? 55% of the impact of your communication is how you act about what you say-your behavior. When all three of these are in line or are congruent you build trust, credibility and rapport with people-faster!
