June 19, 2010 update ****** People keeep writing in to ask how dangerous is it to awaken the kundqlini and is it necessary to awaken the lower chakras first? These questions shows the depth of ignorance about the kundalini and the process of awakening it. To understand how little they know, let me give you some fundamental facts that will change your thinking about the kundalini forever. When you look around you you see different objects and people. What is really there is the manifestation of GOD, which seems to be these objects. and people. So you are thinking that you are seeing anything, except as GOD. This is an illusion, much like seeing a mirage as water in the distance. What does this have to do with the kundalini? The kundalini is nothing more than GOD's energy creating this illusion. The kundalini is always flowing at full force, forever. So, if the kundalini is always at full force, how can you even raise it any more than it already is?? So, you yogi's out there, have you even heard this idea out in the regular literature. Most of you have not. What this should tell you is that the people who hold this view, really have a very poor understanding of the kundalini. There is a good reason why this is so. The reason is the people that really know what the kundalini is and have complete control, have chosen to keep this knowledge secret, and the misconceptions stand.
