Description from the creator

Step 1: Download photoscape from photoscape.org/ps/main/download.php
Step 2: Install, and open, click Animated GIF
Step 3: On the left pane, select the drive that contains your pictures, and drag the desired ones to the board (right panel)
Step 4: Carefully arrange your pictures in the desired order or sequence on the upper pane.
Step 5: Edit timing, and canvas size, then save and check if file size does not exceed 32kb. Else, it wont work as a BBM display picture.
Note: File dimensions, i.e Height and Width must be the same, e.g 100 by 100 or 150 by 150... Just an example, you can choose any file size, as long as it doesnt exceed 32kb when you save. If it exceeds, just keep reducing the file dimension, and keep saving, till you are within the range.
