Description from the creator

When you move your free WordPress.com site over to a hosted blog... you can move all your Posts, Pages and comments over too.
To start a free website - and work from home:
freetrainingworkfromhome.com

We put up a "We Have Moved" post and suggest you keep that up for a few weeks until you are sure anyone who might be reading your blog regularly has seen the post and followed you over to your hosted blog.

The next blog roll rotation should be long enough... so at most 3 weeks.

Now, it is save to delete your WordPress.com blog. This video shows you how to do that!
