Muscle testing is also called Applied Kinesiology (AK) used mainly for chiropractic and nutrition in our office called Nutrition Response Testing. Many try to debunk muscle testing, so we made this video. Muscle testing is used to test function of the brain not the muscle. If you go to a physical therapist they will tell you that a muscle test is testing the muscles, but it is not. A muscle test is testing the brain and in this video demonstration on muscle testing you will not only learn why the brain is being test, but how to muscle test yourself. In our office we use nutrition response testing which uses applied kinesiology. We also use it for applied kinesiology chiropractic.
