How to download any facebook video from a private/closed group

**NOTE** with new facebook updates this strategy doesn't seem to work for all users but overwhelmingly it seems to be successful for most people who try it. Having trouble downloading a video from a private or closed facebook group? With this trick now you can! Keep in mind you want to ask the creator permission before downloading the video.
