How to edit footnote formatting in Microsoft Word

It's easy and intuitive to edit your footnote's text - just click into it and start typing. But editing the formatting, such as the separator line or the spacing between footnotes? Not so much. I'll show you the trick to getting "under the hood" of footnote formatting.
