This video is how to enable Apple Mobile Device service.

This video will show you how to fix it.
If you are using Windows 7/Vista you can click on the start orb and type "services".
XP usershave to right click on "My Computer" and click "Manage" Then click on "Services
and Applications" then "Services" and you will be there.
You have to find "Apple Mobile Device" under the name section.
Double click or right click and select properties.
Beside "Startup Type" make it "Automatic"
Then click "Apply"
Then click "Start"
Then "OK" and thats it.
