Interviews aren't just for companies to evaluate you - they're also your chance to decide if you this is the company you would want to work for. Look out for these things signs during your interview to get a sense of the employer's culture and whether it will be a good fit for you. Doing your own research is a great idea.

Never feel rushed to sign an offer letter unless you fully trust your gut feeling that this is the company for you. Accepting an offer and leaving them within a few months does not make you look good. So take your time and choose wisely.
