Hi jlokdesign here!

In this video i will show you how you can export all your Facebook Friends with their names and email adresses!

Lets jump right in and get started!

1. First of all you have to go to yahoo and sign up for a new Mail-Account.
2. Inside Yahoo-Mail click on the contacts icon in the upper left corner.
3. Now you should see all the import options to import contacts to Yahoo-Mail.
4. Next to the Facebook-Icon click the import-button
5. In the following window you have to sign in to Facebook to give Yahoo-Mail access to your Facebook-Account.
6. Now Yahoo-Mail imports all your Facebook Friends with their names and email addresses.
7. After the import you should see all your friends in the contact list!
8. When we try to export right now you will see its not possible because Yahoo disabled this feature.
9. This is the reason we have to go to Gmail for the next step.
10. In your Gmail Account click in the upper right corner on the Settings-Button.
11. Inside the Settings-Menu click on Settings.
12. In this window click on the Tab with the name „Accounts and Import“
13. Under „Import mail and contacts“ click on this link here.
14. In this window - you have to type in your Yahoo Email-Adress .
15. After that click on continue.
16. If you not already logged in - in your yahoo-account - you have to login right now to connect your accounts.
17. than click on continue in the new window just click on Agree.
18. Now you should see Authentication successful! Close this window to move on!
19. We just want to import the contacts so we uncheck import mail and click on Start import!
20. Now all contacts are imported from Yahoo to Gmail. And now we can export our contacts in different formats!
21. Click on this checkbox to select all your contacts you want to export to your Computer.
22. Then go to the right and click on the more button with the little triangle.
23. In the opened menu select „Export“
24. We want to export all contacts for this select „All contacts“ in the Menu.
25. Now you can choose - which format you like to export
- Google csv
- Outlook csv
- or vCard format
26. For this tutorial i choose Outlook-CSV and click on „Export“
27. Choose the folder where you want to save it - and then click on save.
28. Now you have a Backup of all your Facebook Friends with their names and email addresses!
