How To FILLET a HALIBUT - [CALIFORNIA HALIBUT] the EASY way!

In this step-by-step, how to video, you will learn EXACTLY how to fillet a Halibut. For this demonstration, we used a California Halibut we recently caught out here in San Diego, but this easy fillet technique also works for other flatfish, such as flounder!

Remember to always use a sharp knife when filleting any fish and use sweeping cuts AWAY from your body instead of a "sawing" motion. The sharp knife is for safety along with ensuring ease as you work through the fish.
