How to FINALLY stop caring WHAT OTHERS THINK OF YOU

How do you stop caring what other people think of you? That's a question I struggled with for a long time. And here’s a mindset in self awareness that has helped me immensely.

The solution comes down to one thing:
I call it "The Denny’s Rule".
