How to Find an Easy and Simple Method for Hand Reflexology

I have been working on the creation of a reflexology hand chart and while doing research, I came across a really cool hand map that I wanted to share with you today. This method uses the thumbs as the head, the arms as the index and pinky finger and the middle and 4th finger as the legs of the body. Each hand is also an entire little body.
