Description from the creator

There are two ways to get the EIN. You are required to use the form SS-4
irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fss4.pdf
Make sure all boxes are filled in correctly.

1. Obtain an EIN using your corporation from your respective country. You can only do this via phone, you cannot do this online. International applicants may CALL 267-941-1099 (not a toll-free number) 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. (Eastern Time) Monday through Friday to obtain their EIN.
More info here: irs.gov/businesses/small-businesses-self-employ…

2. Register an LLC in United States. With that LLC, you can MAIL or FAX your SS-4 form in and they will fax you back the form with the EIN-hand written on the sides.

Please ensure that
7b states: FOREIGN
9a states: FOREIGN-OWNED US DISREGARDED ENTITY

YOU DON'T NEED ITIN TO HAVE EIN ISSUED FOR AN LLC! As a non-resident alien, you CANNOT apply for ITIN without filing for taxes, as it's required to attach a tax return form for the ITIN requested.

Mailing address:
Internal Revenue Service
Attn: EIN International Operation
Cincinnati, OH 45999

Fax: (855) 215-1627 (within the U.S.)
Fax: (304) 707-9471 (outside the U.S.)

Here is the cover letter you should use with your SS-4 when FAXING or MAILING your application.
